The Parliament of Bermuda is the bicameral legislative body of the British Overseas Territory of Bermuda. Based on the Westminster system, one of the two chambers is elected, the other, appointed.

The Senate of Bermuda is the upper house of the bicameral Parliament of Bermuda. The Senate consists of eleven members appointed by the governor for five-year terms—five senators are recommended by th
