Paulina Eliana Veloso Valenzuela is a Chilean lawyer and Socialist Party politician who served as the Minister Secretary-General of the Presidency of Chile from March 11, 2006 to March 27, 2007.

Concepción is a city and commune in south-central Chile, and the geographical and demographic core of the Greater Concepción metropolitan area, one of the three major conurbations in the country.
