Peace Hotel is a 1995 Hong Kong action western directed by Wai Ka-fai in his directorial debut, and produced by John Woo. It starrs Chow Yun-fat and Cecilia Yip. Wai wrote the film's screenplay and co-wrote the story with Chow.

Wai Ka-fai is a Hong Kong filmmaker. Best known for his frequent collaborations with Johnnie To, he co-formed Milkyway Image in 1996, which is now one of the most successful independent film studios in Hong Kong.
