Peter Dougall was a Scottish footballer who played at inside left for various clubs in the 1920s and 1930s. He later managed in the Netherlands.

Cornelius Dougall was a Scottish professional footballer who played as an inside right or wing half. He played more than 350 games in the Football League for Birmingham City and Plymouth Argyle, and won one cap for Scotland in 1946.
