Pustec Municipality, previously known as Liqenas Commune from 1973 to 2013, is a municipality in the Korçë County of Albania. The population at the 2011 census was 3,290, in a total area of 243.60 km2. The municipality's flag features the Vergina Sun.

The Macedonians in Albania are an officially recognized ethnic minority. According to the 2011 census, 5,512 ethnic Macedonians live in Albania. In the 1989 census, 4,697 people had declared themselves Macedonian.
