RSS Racing is an American professional stock car racing team that currently competes in the NASCAR Xfinity Series. The team is owned by Rod Sieg and Pamela Sieg. The team currently fields 3 cars including the No. 28 full-time for Kyle Sieg, the No. 29 full-time for Blaine Perkins, and the No. 39 full-time for Ryan Sieg. They also field the No. 38 part-time for C. J. McLaughlin and Matt DiBenedetto.

Kyle C. Sieg is an American professional stock car racing driver. He competes part-time in the NASCAR Xfinity Series, driving the No. 28 Ford Mustang for RSS Racing. He is the youngest son of RSS team owner Rod Sieg and brother of current driver Ryan Sieg and the late Shane Sieg.
