Ray Wade Harroun was an American racing driver and pioneering race car constructor. He is most famous for winning the inaugural Indianapolis 500 in 1911.

Edward Carl Bald was an American cyclist and automobile racing driver who was retroactively declared the 1907 AAA National Champion in 1951 by negationist sportswriter Russ Catlin. He was also a champ
