Rocco Valdes, better known by his stage name Rocco Did It Again!, is an American record producer, songwriter, music publisher, and music executive from Hialeah, Florida. Valdes co-founded the record label Chase Records in 2004, which has been credited with signing American singers T-Pain and Austin Mahone prior to their mainstream breakthroughs; Valdes remained the former's manager after his departure in favor of a major label, while the latter's record deal—first signed in 2012—led to a joint venture with Republic Records and Cash Money Records the following year. By 2018, he served as the talent manager for fellow Floridian, rapper 9lokkNine until his 2021 incarceration.

Hialeah is a city in Miami-Dade County, Florida, United States. With a population of 223,109 as of the 2020 census, Hialeah is the sixth-largest city in Florida. It is the second largest city by population in the Miami metropolitan area of South Florida, which was home to an estimated 6,198,782 people at the 2018 census. It is located west-northwest of Miami, and is one of a few places in the county—others being Homestead, Miami Beach, Surfside, Bal Harbour, Sunny Isles Beach, and Golden Beach—to have its own street grid numbered separately from the rest of the county.
