Ryan Matthew Serhant is an American real estate broker, author, and reality television actor. He currently stars on Bravo's television series Million Dollar Listing New York and its spin-off Sell it Like Serhant. Serhant runs his own New York real estate firm.

Million Dollar Listing New York is an American reality television series that premiered on Bravo on March 7, 2012. The show follows the lives of several luxury real estate agents as they represent property owners in New York City's five boroughs. It is a spin-off of Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles.
