Shichinohe is a town located in Aomori Prefecture, Japan. As of 1 April 2020, the town had an estimated population of 14,609 in 6841 households and a population density of 43 persons per km2, in 6,797 households. The total area of the town is 337.23 square kilometers (130.21 sq mi).

Shichinohe Castle was a Japanese castle located in what is now the town of Shichinohe, in Kamikita District of Aomori Prefecture, in the Tōhoku region of far northern Japan. On December 13, 1941, the area was proclaimed a National Historic Site by the Japanese government.
