Svetlana Issakova is an Estonian former competitive figure skater. She is the 2008 Estonian national champion and won three medals on the ISU Junior Grand Prix series. She competed at three World Junior Championships —achieving her best result, 12th, in 2010— and the 2011 European Championships, where she finished 18th.

The Estonian Figure Skating Championships are a figure skating national championship held annually to determine the national champions of Estonia. Medals may be awarded in the disciplines of men's singles, women's singles, pair skating, and ice dancing on the senior, junior, and novice levels.
