Takanabe is a town located in Koyu District, Miyazaki Prefecture, Japan. As of 1 October 2023, the town had an estimated population of 19242 in 8650 households, and a population density of 160 persons per km². The total area of the town is 43.80 square kilometres (16.91 sq mi).
