Timothy Martin Kennedy is an American politician and the U.S. representative from New York's 26th congressional district. A member of the Democratic Party, he was elected in the April 2024 special election to finish the remainder of Brian Higgins's term in the 118th United States Congress. Before that, he served in the New York State Senate from 2011 to 2024.

New York's 26th congressional district is a congressional district for the United States House of Representatives in Western New York. It includes parts of Erie and Niagara counties. The district includes the cities of Buffalo, Lackawanna, Niagara Falls, Tonawanda, and North Tonawanda.
