Thomas Leezer is a Dutch former road bicycle racer, who competed between 2004 and 2020, for the Van Vliet–EBH Advocaten, Rabobank Continental Team and Team Jumbo–Visma squads. He participated at the 2013 UCI Road World Championships in the Men's team time trial for Belkin Pro Cycling. In May 2019, he was named in the startlist for the 2019 Giro d'Italia.

Delta Cycling Rotterdam was a Dutch professional cycling team. In 2008, it holds a Continental license. The team started in 2003. Among the riders that first year were current professional cyclists Rick Flens and Martijn Maaskant. In 2004, Tom Leezer and Sebastiaan Langeveld. Floris Goesinnen also rode for Van Vliet.
