Writer Gary Gerani said Talisa Soto (above) had screen tested a more comic accurate version of the costume, but the costume was altered as it kept falling off Soto during action sequences. Barbara Leigh who had been slated to play the character in an abandoned Hammer Film Production felt the costume change was unwarranted.
