The series ended on June 3, 2011, with a total of 12 tankōbon volumes. The manga won the 56th Shogakukan Manga Awards in the Children's category.

Nobuhiko Okamoto is a Japanese voice actor and singer affiliated with Raccoon Dog. He won the Best New Actor Award at the 3rd Seiyu Awards and Best Supporting Actor Award at the 5th Seiyu Awards.
