Allie Teilz is an American DJ, musician, model, and designer. She was raised in Phoenix, Arizona and is currently based based in Los Angeles, California.[1]

Early life[edit]

Teilz was born in Phoenix, Arizona, the daughter of a school teacher and a scientist,[1] she attended school at Arcadia High School (Arizona) and Xavier College Preparatory (Arizona).[2] At the age of 13, Teilz began working in the music industry.[3]

Teilz has been deejaying since the age of 13 and has produced arena shows in Las Vegas, Nevada and Palm Springs, California. Teilz has spun alongside Thom Yorke of Radiohead and actor Elijah Wood,[4][3] she has also deejayed alongside Grace Jones, Frank Ocean, M83, Haim, and Lorde.[5] Teilz has played official parties for high-profile events including the Golden Globes, Oscars, and Coachella, she also worked on production for Jay Z and Kanye West's Watch the Throne.[6]

Modeling[edit]

Teilz has starred in music videos for Silversun Pickups including "Dots and Dashes (Enough Already)"[7] and "Little Lovers So Polite,"[8] Chateau Marmont's "Wind Blows,"[9] and Lotus Plaza's "Black Buzz."[10] She has modeled for Larry Clark, Swarovski, Seven, American Apparel, Skullcandy's Women's line,[11] as well as Urban Outfitters.[12]

Fashion[edit]

Teilz launched her eponymous clothing line in late 2016, her debut collection consists of women's, men's, and agender wear. Her designs have been featured in Vogue, WWD, and Vanity Fair.[13]
