Chief of Staff of the Presidential Executive Office (Russia)
The Chief of Staff of the Presidential Executive Office of the Russian Federation is the head of the Presidential Executive Office. The position was created by Boris Yeltsin's decree in 1991. The Chief of Staff is responsible for general management of presidential activity.

Presidential Administration of Russia
The Presidential Executive Office of Russia or the Presidential Administration of Russia is the executive office of the President of Russia created by a decree of Boris Yeltsin on 19 July 1991 as an institution supporting the activity of the president and the vice-president of Russian SFSR, as well as deliberative bodies attached to the president, including the Security Council.
Part of the offices of the Presidential Executive Office are located in an Art Nouveau building at Moscow's 8 Staraya Square (next to the former seat of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union).
