Daulis, at a later time Daulia, and also Daulium or Daulion, was a town of ancient Phocis, near the frontiers of Boeotia, and on the road from Orchomenus and Chaeroneia to Delphi.

Aetolia is a mountainous region of Greece on the north coast of the Gulf of Corinth, corresponding to the eastern part of the modern regional unit of Aetolia-Acarnania and part of modern Evrytania. An
