Betchworth is a village and civil parish in the Mole Valley district of Surrey, England. The village centre is on the north bank of the River Mole and south of the A25 road, almost 3 miles (4.8 km) east of Dorking and 3 miles (4.8 km) west of Reigate. A gold, Bronze Age penannular ring, dating from c. 1150 – c. 800 BCE. It was found in Betchworth in 2014 and is now held by Dorking Museum.
The Smidth Kiln at Betchworth Quarry was constructed in around 1901.
