Manuela Montebrun is a retired, female hammer thrower from France. She is an Olympic bronze medallist and two-time World Championship bronze medallist.

The Athletics Tournament at the 1999 Summer Universiade took place in the new Estadio Son Moix in Palma de Mallorca, Spain from July 4 to July 9, 1999. Five Universiade records were set. A total of 23 men's and 22 women's events were contested.
