Marianne Hainisch, born Marianne Perger was the founder and leader of the Austrian women's movement. She was also the mother of Michael Hainisch, the second President of Austria (1920–1928).

Michael Arthur Josef Jakob Hainisch was an Austrian politician who served as the first President of Austria from 1920 to 1928, after the fall of the monarchy at the end of World War I.
