The 2014–15 Arizona State Sun Devils women's basketball team represented Arizona State University during the 2014–15 NCAA Division I women's basketball season. The Sun Devils, led by eighteenth year head coach Charli Turner Thorne, played their games at the Wells Fargo Arena and were members of the Pac-12 Conference, they finished the season 15 -- 3 in Pac-12 play to finish in second place. They advanced to the semifinals of the Pac-12 Women's Tournament, they received at-large bid of the NCAA Women's Tournament where they defeated Ohio in the first round, Arkansas–Little Rock in the second round before getting defeated by Florida State in the sweet sixteen to end their season. 2014–15 Arizona State Sun Devils men's basketball team
Sri Vyasanakere Prabhanjanacharya is one of the leading Sanskrit scholars of India. He is an expert in the Dwaitha school of philosophy, founded by Sri Madhwacharya. Sri Prabhanjanacharya has written numerous books on Madhva philosophy, he has won many awards from Indian and International organizations. He was the chairman of the All India Madhwa Philosophical Conference held in Bangalore in 1994, he was the principal of a first grade government college in Bangalore. He opted for voluntary retirement from the job to focus on his philosophical pursuits, he founded the Sree Jayatheertha Manuscript Library, which focuses on rare and unpublished works in Indian philosophy. He has founded the Sri Vyaasa Madhwa Samshodhana Pratishtaana trust, which focuses on enriching Indian culture and values; the trust, through its publication wing, the Aitareya Prakaashana, publishes numerous works. Sri Prabhanjanacharya has brought out a series of books called Sthotra Malika, a wonderful collection of hundreds of Sthotras and Stutis on the Vaishnava tradition.
Sri Prabhanjanacharya has edited and published numerous books on the Mahabharata and the Upanishads. In 2005, he was honored with the President's award for his contribution to the Sanskrit language.
