One of these signposts in Sofia shows the name of the district of Lozenets written according to the international scientific system of transliteration (c = ts), but in the other the name of the Irish journalist James Bourchier has been "relatinized" according to the official Bulgarian system (Dzheyms Baucher), even though the system does not apply to names that have authentic Roman spellings.
