St John Parish Hall
Erected in 1855, a granite obelisk in Broad Street is a memorial to Pierre Le Sueur (1811-1859), who was elected Constable of St Helier five times. He modernised St Helier's infrastructure, installing the town's first sewers and improving the water supply following cholera outbreaks in the 1830s.
